為何平台是這個樣子 — 每個設計決定背後,都是一個關於教師的想法。
Why the platform works the way it does — every design decision here starts from a thought about teachers.

低壓力的分享環境 Sharing without pressure

很多教師有好工具,卻對公開分享有顧慮。平台的第一個設計目標,就是把分享的門檻和壓力降到最低:

Many teachers have good tools but hesitate to share them publicly. The platform's first design goal is to make sharing as low-stakes as possible:

  • 可用筆名 Pseudonym-friendly — 顯示名稱可以是筆名。平台會驗證你是現職教師,但不會公開你的學校電郵或真實身份 — 「✓ 已驗證教師」徽章為你作證,毋須曝光。

    Your display name can be a pen name. We verify that you are a serving teacher, but never publish your school email or real identity — the verified-teacher badge vouches for you without exposing you.

  • 沒有排行榜 No leaderboards — 每件工具顯示自己的讚好和瀏覽數,但平台刻意不設排行榜、不作比較 — 分享不是比賽。

    Each tool shows its own likes and views, but there are deliberately no rankings and no comparisons — sharing is not a competition.

  • 可先「只限連結」 Unlisted first — 工具可設為「只限連結」:不會在目錄或搜尋中出現,只有知道連結的人可以開啟。 先與同事或自己班別試用,有信心才改為公開。參與可以循序漸進 — 先瀏覽別人的工具,再讚好,再小範圍分享,最後公開。

    A tool can be unlisted — reachable only by its link, never listed or searchable — so you can pilot it with colleagues or your own classes first and go public when you're ready. Participation can grow step by step: browse, like, share within a small circle, then publish.

  • 內容永遠是你的 Your work stays yours — 版權屬於作者;管理員只能批准或下架工具,永遠不能代你修改內容。你可自選 CC 授權條款。工具連結(permalink)在建立後永不改變 — 印在工作紙上的 QR code 不會失效。

    Copyright stays with the author; staff can approve or take down a tool but can never edit your content. Choose a CC licence if you wish. Permalinks never change once created — a QR code printed on a worksheet keeps working.

訪客可以信任的目錄 A directory visitors can trust

  • 人手審核 Human-reviewed — 每件公開工具上架前都經過人手審核。AI 會協助標註需要留意的內容, 但永遠不會自動批准,也永遠不會自動下架已發佈的工具 — 決定權在人。

    Every listed tool is reviewed by a person before it appears. AI assists by annotating what needs attention, but never auto-approves and never hides live content — humans decide.

  • 連結健康監測 Link health — 平台定期檢查每件工具的連結;工具頁上的「✓ 連結正常」讓你開課前心裡有數, 長期失效的連結(30 天)會自動下架,維持目錄的可靠。

    Tool links are checked regularly; the "Link OK" note on a tool page tells you it worked recently, and links broken for 30 days are automatically taken offline so the directory stays dependable.

  • 真・現職教師 Real serving teachers — 提交工具的都是以香港學校電郵(.edu.hk)驗證身份的現職中小學教師。

    Every contributor is a serving Hong Kong primary or secondary teacher, verified through their school (.edu.hk) email.

  • 私隱極簡主義 Privacy by minimalism — 不設追蹤或廣告 cookies;訪客讚好使用匿名雜湊識別碼,毋須帳戶; 註冊教師的兩個電郵各司其職(個人電郵只作登入、學校電郵只作驗證),兩者永不公開。 詳見版權及私隱聲明

    No tracking or advertising cookies; visitor likes use anonymous hashed tokens, no account needed; a registered teacher's two email addresses each do one job (personal = login, school = verification) and neither is ever shown. See the Copyright & Privacy statement.

立足香港課程 Built around the Hong Kong curriculum

科目分類跟隨教育局八大學習領域(2025/26 課程架構,包括人文科及小學科學); 學習階段採用第一至第四學習階段(KS1–KS4);平台用語跟隨教育局「學與教」的說法; 介面以繁體中文為主、英文為輔 — 這是為香港課堂而設的平台,不是翻譯過來的外地產品。

Subjects follow the EDB's eight Key Learning Areas (2025/26 structure, including Humanities and Primary Science); levels use Key Stages 1–4; the platform's vocabulary follows the EDB's "learning and teaching" usage; the interface is Traditional-Chinese-first with English alongside. This is built for Hong Kong classrooms, not translated from somewhere else.

為教師專業成長而設 Designed for professional growth

工具連同教學智慧一起分享:「使用心得」讓作者說明課堂上的實際用法;相關連結按教案、 工作紙、評估量規等分類;合集讓教師策劃主題工具箱。我們期望這裡不只是目錄, 而是教學構思互相啟發的地方。

Tools travel together with the teaching wisdom behind them: "How I use it" notes explain real classroom use; related links are typed as lesson plans, worksheets, rubrics and more; collections let teachers curate themed toolboxes. The aim is a place where teaching ideas spark one another, not just a directory.

平台的設計亦參考了教師「實踐社群」(Communities of Practice)的研究 — 讓教師由觀察開始,按自己的步伐逐步深入參與,是專業社群健康成長的正路。

The design also draws on research into teachers' communities of practice — letting teachers start by watching from the edge and deepen their participation at their own pace is how healthy professional communities grow.

可持續、可交接 Sustainable & transferable

平台以最簡單的技術形態運作(單一程式、單一資料庫檔案),刻意讓它可以輕易交接 — 若將來有教育機構願意承接營運,遷移成本極低。匿名及整合的使用統計(不含任何個人資料) 可能用於研究及改善本地教育(見私隱聲明)。 有興趣合作的機構或研究者,歡迎聯絡 [email protected]

The platform deliberately runs on the simplest possible stack (a single process, a single database file) so it can be handed over easily — if an education body ever takes over its stewardship, migration is cheap. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (containing no personal data) may be used for research and the improvement of local education (see the privacy statement).
